Takes forever to get ahold of anyone and listening skills are retched. Changed vehicles 6 months ago and after 3 times of calling to get it fixed it still hasn’t been fixed, waiting 30 minutes or more to talk to someone every time. Poor customer service!

Geico has really gone downhill lately in terms of customer service and value. They used to be great and after many years of being a customer they decided not to renew my and my sons policy. No accidents. You wait on hold for hours getting different answers each time and then ultimately they didn't want to cover us for no reason after being a customer for many years. Very poor
