I am a retired General Contractor and am building my own home. Every day I was on the job, I likely verbally indicated to someone or myself how incredibly remarkable and artistic the stucco tradesmen were. Construction is very active and trades are very busy, but for this home, I felt blessed they showed up when they did and got a lot done when I really needed the work done. The crew that did my home was very courteous, friendly and true craftsmen in their industry. I feel I got a lot for what I paid. The owner was super cool. The superintendent was super nice, and the crew chief was a true leader and made sure his employees had the materials and tools to get the job done in an efficient, safe and professional manner. Cleanliness was incredible. After they left, it was hard to find evidence of their lengthy occupation of the site. Obviously, I am a happy owner/builder. When the house is done, the stucco is one item I will brag about. btw, we did a sand or float finish. I am so proud of their work and the outcome.

Very unprofessional and unreliable. I met with one of their contractors at a property that needed some minor repairs to their perimeter wall, we walked around and looked at it together and he said he would send me the estimate by the end of the week. Entire week passes, nothing. I texted him to remind him and was promised “I’ll get it to you” - never happened. Fast forward three weeks later, I text him again to follow up only to find my number has been blocked. The community was relying on their estimate to get the wall fixed - which would literally be a piece of paper with a price on it. I would never recommend this company to any of the other property managers or communities.
