I had shopped at the store, it is a very busy store, and after leaving the store I encountered a problem with my car in the parking lot. I called my AARP motoring plan for a tow truck and was told it would be 1 to 1/ hrs before a tow truck could come but as I had left my home about 2 hours ago, had to use the bathroom facilities at the store. I had never used them before as I live not to far but was forced to use them yesterday. To my dismay the bathroom was in filthy condition, and not a piece of paper, toilet or paper towels to be found anywhere in the 5 stall bathroom, luckly I had some tissues in my purse to use. After leaving the bathroom I looked for a clerk and finding none reported to the cashier on duty as to the condition described who told me she would take care of the problem. Sorry to say that after wating a while I had to use the bathroom again, still no paper!!!!reported to the same casier who assured me that she would take care of it or inform somebody else of the problem. To my utter dismay had to return to the store a third time, after a period of three hours, again, still no paper products of any kind and three othr customers plus myself in the restroom, and nothing!!!!!!! returned again to the same cashier who by now just nodded at me as I told her about the problem. ????This should never happen in a store as popular and as busy as this Joanns is. I will not shop there anymore as nobody at this particular store seems to care about customer satisfaction. I will find another joanns but if I find the same conditions I will not sho there anymore.
