A Random Kid

Sam helped us on the phone when we called the store for info. We were lucky enough to get her as our associate when we entered the store and she was so nice and helpful. We ordered a pair of Dr. Martens and checked out backpacks for school. Thank you for making us feel so comfortable Sam!

I got some black high top converse here and went to pay with a credit card and identification was needed and my mother had forgotten her purse. My father then got angry and decided to tell off the cashier there and I am so sorry that happened. The cashier was in the right and I am so sorry my imbecile of a father did that. I am truly embarrassed and hope that incident did not ruin the cashier’s day. Again so sorry. Hope you relay the message to the cashier there.

No regards for accuracy and timeliness. They suggested I order a shoes online and ship to store because they did not have the particular style in stock. Needless to say per their tracking # the shipment arrived and I wasn't given a call as i was told i would receive regarding pick up of my order. They claimed the shoes was delivered looking as if it had been worn and damaged. They offer to reship a new order and guaranteed me a delivery day. That day has came and gone and I'm still waiting. No call, no nothing , again online it says the it's been delivered, second trip to the store now they are saying they can't find the shoes.This is terrible customer service and blatant disrespect of my time and patience. Never buying there again. I'd still like to receive my shoes that I have PAID for though. Smh, there was no compensation offered from management. Its as if they didn't care.
