We rented this room because we had family over for a long weekend and we wanted them close by..we booked it on line. I will give this 4 stars because, the staff I was told was friendly and attentive. And the rooms are remodeled and clean but the outside of the building not so much.

First of all I’d like to say that Amanda who was at front desk is an amazing employee. She helped me and bent over backwards to make sure I got what I needed. She was very polite, Courteous and made sure all our needs were met. Thank you Amanda for being such a great hostess and great care agent.

Not the worst hotel I've stayed in. The only redeeming quality for this place is the incredible and polite staff. Every interaction with them was helpful, friendly, and enthusiastic. They are the reason this is not a one star review.

GREAT STAFF, extremely polite,helpful, but most of all they put the customers needs and desires first. That's become rare. Staff at some places will defend an employee at all costs. I've experienced a manager at another hotel, directly deny ANY of the negative/unnecessary circumstances carried-out by the subordinate staff member. Absurd. Nonetheless, not just one staff member here is outstanding, they ALL are!! La Quinta has always been a good franchise, I think this particular hotel should be the template for current and new hotels across this country. Yes, a country of many cultures and trades but also a country where many people don't loose sight of the primary rule: Kindness. This rule is the umbrella to fantastic customer service, rather than company employees protecting themselves. The rooms here are very classy and they also have an evening security guard. In short, the front desk crew is like a family you wish you had; those who love you under the umbrella rule, and they recognize there's no profit in all the raindrops,'of-anything-else.'

4.27.18. We decided on a last minute adventure to Disney. Booked this hotel en route based on location and stars. Very clean, comfortable and the staff make you feel at home. Get food from their indoor coffee shop. The lady makes the best breakfast fresh. Quick FYI for all of you other last minute out of the blue adventurers like us...check the weather before you pack. The wind was brutal and freezing!! Had to have dropped to about 30. I had flip flops and thin hoodie. What happened to Disney? \u200d️ I'll review that next.

Clean rooms & amazing staff. Love this hotel! Always friendly and helpful (especially Darlene) The cleaning crew goes above and beyond as well. Located just a few miles west of gorgeous Florida beaches! You won't find a better hotel for the price in this area. Highly recommend if planning a trip to West Palm beach! 5 STARS!

Disliked · Originally requested a ground floor and upon arrival was not reserved for me. Many people smoking marijuana that permeated my room and people passed out on balcony in front of room. Stairways smell like urine. Failed to disclose this is also public housing for low income individuals. Horrible facility. Lobby had collapsed ceiling and breakfast was not offered as stated. Half of the machines in laundry room (2 in total) did not work and were out of order. So don’t ever hope to have a machine available as the “residents” will be using it. I was told prior to arrival that I would have access to a working laundry machine and drier. If you have a family with children stay elsewhere. Unless you're in a serious bind or its for a very short period (a few hours), do not stay here.
