The box was picked up June 22, 2019 and today is August 1, 2019 and the box has still not been delivered to my family in DR. This is the first time I have dealt with this company and I can assure you it's the last. I do not recommend this company at all.

Always send boxes to my parents and have had a very good experience. Things get there, they always communicate and keep their word on pick up and delivery.

Soy nueva aquí en west palm beach y llamé para preguntar por los servicios a republica dominicana ! Muy pésimo servicio al cliente , la mujer que respondió no supo atenderme como se debe atender a un cliente y mas si es nuevo, yo trabajo en un banco dando servicio al cliente y se muy bien como se debe tratar a un cliente y más si es nuevo...
Envíe tres cajas en noviembre y me las entregaron tardío el colmo fue que las destaparon y me rogaron gran paste de la mercancía este lugar no es confiable no lo recomiendo no pierdan su dinero la cele con la cinta pega te blanca la rompieron u le pusieron esa marrón
