I am still waiting on a refund of 1000. And it has been months.... no sign of when I will get the full amount. Very disappointed because I need my money so I can purchase me a dog to be a service animal. I am a Veteran with PTSD, and this has delayed all of that, and caused increased health issues. Buyer beware if you don’t win the lottery system they use for their pups you too could be in the same situation!
