I contacted with marine transport to move my boat from NY to Florida. The boat was damaged in transport. Paul the owner said he will take care of the damages and did not want it to go to insurance. But when it came time to make good on that promise he tried to say my guys can fix it . Not an acceptable solution. He to this day has refused to give the insurance information. And I am forced to hire a attorney to ensure the damages are taken care of ...please do not trust marine transport with your boat . And if you do please only after you have verified their insurance.

The driver contacted me the night before to confirm, but then never showed up. The driver didn’t contact me or respond to calls or text messages the day the boat was to be transported to the keys for a family vacation. As a result we have a week in the keys with no boat. When I contacted the owner Paul he said he couldn’t get in touch with the driver either and didn’t have another driver available. No alternative was offered and Paul wouldn’t speak to me by phone. The company is unreliable. I wouldn’t recommend trusting them to transport your boat.
I was expecting to go on a meaningful vacation with my family as the marine transport was going to transport our boat down to the keys. We had a time and location set and the guy never showed up. We called many many times and contacted everyone we could and got no response... No one delivered our boat and we missed out on having our boat in the keys. It ruined our vacation.
They ruined our trip. Never showed up for the job. We had to pay extra to now rent a boat instead of having our own boat.
Very professional if you want your motor vessel moved yacht speedboat pleasure boat etc no matter how big or small just call Marine transport and he will get it done for you in a timely professional manner.
