It's MetroPCS. What can I say, they fixed my Grandson's phone, and the representative knew exactly what was wrong with it as soon as my grandson explained the problem n fixed the problem. So I was very grateful for that. But I wanted to get an upgrade on my Moto since my phone is almost 3 years old, so I wanted a Samsung phone, but they didn't have either one in stock. But they called another MetroPCS that was close to my location n they do have the Samsung I want. So I'm also grateful for that. The representative's that helped me out were a great help and knew alot of information about their merchandise and experience with the technology.
