Had purchased in the past from this company and was a pleasure, the refrigerator I bought is still working great today as when I bought it 12 years ago. But with that said. A new purchase from new management seemed real great up front, till the refrigerator was delivered and they couldn't get old water line off the old fridge, so they just cut the tube and I had to go to Home Depot to buy the nut and feral to hook the water line back up, then the problems started, the water filter was split across the top from one end to the other and after a trip to buy a new one from Home Depot on yet another trip, found the water line is split. So now we're at the end of day and haven't heard back from the company all day, so I'll just fix it myself, also on the parts manual I noticed it is missing the second crisper tray so I have ordered from parts store online, a new water line and a tray.. I take it that now with all the items I'm finding broke, that your tech did not do a thorough hookup and inspection or he would've seen the water pouring out of the shattered filter and the split in the water tube. I am also hoping that the unit actually gets cold over night and runs as well as I was told it does..

I’ve purchased a refrigerator and two sets of washer and dryer from them and i’ve never had a problem. They had a few scratches here and there but they work fine. I’ve had the fridge for 6 years now. Great customer service and affordable prices! At the end of the day, you are buying USED appliances & its never gonna be the same as a brand new one... you get what you paid for!
