They are never open and the # listed on Google page and on the physical door has been changed to a # that is unknown So you buy a Groupon to try it out and you can't get an appointment and doors are locked - so you lose 70??? If anyone monitors these reviews, it would be great if you updated your information and were open the hours you post. Seriously!!

I recently became a client of Palm Beach Cryotherapy after my friend recommending for quite some time, after been unhappy of the places I went before. Yesterday I read a negative review and I HAVE TO TOTALLY disagree, I guess this person never went to other places. Palm Beach Cryotherapy is clean, amazing customer service and beyond professional. Can't wait for my next visit to feel amazing.
Awesome! This is the second time cryotherapy has helped my back. I tell everyone to try this because it is just simply AMAZING. My back felt better immediately. I cannot say enough about this therapy as it is truly a miracle!
AmaIng staff, great service and great equipment. It’s better if they were ever open. I’ve stopped in 4 times over the past 2 weeks during posted hours of operation and they are closed. I even called the day before to confirm they were going to be open and when I show up 1 hour after when they were to be open, they were closed and no one was there. Very frustrating. Peoples time is valuable and it’s too bad for it to wasted like this.
Love everything about this place! The owners are awesome and friendly! The place is very clean. The actual experience is addicting, feels so good when you leave :)

Phone is disconnected. Business does not exist was there today. Google needs to remove so other do not waste time with these idiots.
Comfortable coldness is possible! Very therapeutic and staff is accommodating to your level of comfort. Highly recommended to those looking for alternative options.
