Stephanie was quick to respond to emails and very helpful. The delivery driver was friendly as well but wanted us to help him get it off the truck so he didn't have to use the pallet jack. I'd still have rated a 4 or 5 except our email exchange had been concerning a 3x6 shower kit with 3x5 panels ( how many were included, were they the 3x5 1/2 inch thick panels, etc.) Stephanie then mistakenly quoted the 3x5 kit and I didn't catch it, thinking of the 3x5 panels. Even with the series of emails concerning the 3x6 kit and Stephanie's mistake in quoting the 3x5 kit, her \boss\, whose name I don't know, charged a second delivery fee to correct the mistake.
