Absolutely wonderful service provided by Jada and Jeremy of this location here and Jada went above and beyond to get my service established here in West Palm Beach after some difficulties with my account. Every morning that I attend this location Jeremy is there and his great personality on full display. Theses folks our happy to be at work and that's always a joy to see, no matter what establishment you two folks are absolutely a wonderful representation of the customer service and experience that has been truly lost. Thank you both for going above and beyond.

I have been trying to cancel my membership for a year. They are difficult to work with and refuse to accommodate any of their policies during a pandemic. It came to a point where I had to report this business to my bank as fraudulent charges and report them to the BBB. ): bummer because most planet fitnesses aren't that bad. EDIT after reading other reviews: I was not charged for six months after fighting them for five months and just realized today that they charged me for January 2021. It appears this location did the same exact thing to someone else this month as well.
Good inexpensive place to work out. The staff is helpful and does a great job keepi g the place clean for members. Equipment is maintained and new, plenty of machines to go around so you never have to wait long. Mens Locker rooms are clean and smell nice, womens I cannot attest to its condition. The parking lot is well litwith plenty of places to park your car . There's two memberships available a 10 or 20, with both taken from a bank account on the 1st of month and once a year(month depends on contract) they charge a maintenance fee of 39. I know the 20/month membership gets you access to massage chairs/beds & you can attend any planet fitness in the country. The cardio machines are plentiful and there's lots of TVs to watch. This place gives the most of bang for your buck, I've seen gyms with MUCH LESS for MUCH MORE a month.
I recently moved to another state, so I went in person to cancel my membership since I can't do it over the phone. I just found another charge on my bank account. Apparently they either did not process or did not honor the cancellation form I filled out in person. They were legitimately stealing my money, and I will not ever be a member at another Planet Fitness. I had to call my bank to stop automatic withdrawals and mail a physical letter to PF for them to stop my membership (crossing my fingers that this works). Edit to respond to the owner reply: I wish you were as responsive, helpful, and competent in person or on the phone as you sound on Google.
