I went there in regards to an accident that happened in Port saint lucie Florida, a representative called me and said I can come to the office sign paperwork and get my claim check. I told the caller I was in Palm Beach and could not go to the local office in port saint lucie. They said everything can be done in West Palm Beach if that was closer to me at the moment. There was 4 people ahead of me and waited 15 minutes for a representative he was very helpful since I didn't even know my claim number. He took the time to search for it, print out all forms needs and copies of everything for me including the check. Great service

Progressive is life, they took care of everything behind the scenes after a car got totaled in a high accident prone intersection. Been a member for several years now & will remain! ATTENTION ALL: Don’t forget to get “gap coverage” it makes a big difference...

Progressive is the worst insurance company...they sold me an insurance policy in January, and a month later issued a cancellation for April 2019. I have no accidents or tickets. Now here is the kicker...they refuse to expedite my refund reimbursement for cancellation. I have gone to State Farm...hoping that Progressive provide me with a refund soon...about 900. Unbelievable!!!

Just recently used this concierge location. Staff was knowledgeable and helpful. We had our car repaired without any complications. The quality of the work was excellent without us having to worry about getting estimates for repairs etc. The only reason I’m giving a 4 star rating is that we were told that the work would be completed in a week, however no one followed up with us. I had to call to request an ETA for completion, resulting in us having to extend our rental vehicle.
