A great experience! I took in a sterling silver set and was shocked at how much I received. I then bought 2 gorgeous gold pieces with the money and did not have to pay taxes! Wonderful people. Highly recommend. They seem extremely knowledgable.
What a joy to go into this store and feel welcomed by a super-friendly staff. From the moment I walked in, Sue treated me with respect, and a warm smile. We talked, we shared photos of our dogs and we did business. I came in with an assortment of silver serving dishes, odds & ends of jewelry and walked out with a nice check. Actually - I mobile deposited it before I left the store! Sue helped me, informed me of what she was doing each step of the process. I'll be going back! A great place and wonderful people. Mary C
