These guys/gals are TOP NOTCH.! Their customer service team is exceptional.! (mainly Mr. Lance G.) USPS lost a shipment with XMas gifts ( Go figure that.! What a shock...Right.? ) They stepped up to the plate and hit a home run and re-shipped the lost order from USPS to me overnight so I would have the gifts for my friends this XMas. Not sure many other companies would have done this so quickly and efficiently.! I ordered four or five different orders from "ScalesGear" (mens and womens gear) Some was for me. Some for my wife and some for friends. The extreme high quality kept me ordering more for all my friends.! I/We love all the items I got from them and they look awesome as well.!! Awesome customer service and products from a local business. One of my orders was a bit delayed and they immediately, proactively sent me a complimentary gift card. Very impressed. They will go far if they keep up this mentality as they grow.
I just had to write this review. This company is amazing!!! They stand behind their products and customer service is through the roof!!! I am always looking to purchase gear that has to do with fishing vs regular clothing and this is the company to get it from!!!!! The shirts feel and look amazing, the hats are light weight and protective of face and neck area and I recently purchased a hat and got 3 buffers FREE!!!! This is it for me, I have found my store!!!! Thanks scales for all the great gear and most awesome customer service Ever!!!
