just looked, after all these glowing reviews, it is cheaper to rent at the resort, don't need to lug anything anywhere. appears reviews are from company acquaintances, everything is a rose garden. season has just started, didn't see one bad review, like the golf bag shipping which has a high incidence of delivery problems there are issues, nature of the beast. an update for 20-21 season, have seen there are limits on rentals at resorts, so should check if venturing a trip this year. looked at christys sports, which is usually in the cities and towns near resorts, they appear to be in business as normal, as normal as possible this year.

I really want to commend their team for what happened in my case. The highly motivated group of genius’ at FedEx put the wrong label on my ski bag at their store at time of shipment, causing them to ship my skis BACK to my house after I dropped them off, instead of to the destination. Ship Skis worked diligently to correct this error when fedex customer service was complete dog s***, as per usual for fedex, THEN at my destination fedex just delivered to a completely incorrect address. NO idea how this error was made, but , Ship Skis took responsibility for this, the skis only arrived 1 day late, and the offered to cover my ski rental for a missed skis day, and refunded my money. Good form, ship skis, your team was polite, responsive, and stepped up to fix the problem , and I applaud your team for this.

Wow! Talk about convenience...we took a family vacation to Switzerland for some back country skiing and had A LOT of gear. Ship Skis picked up our equipment and it was waiting at our hotel when we arrived. That's traveling in style! Don't lug your gear around with you and save yourself the hassle. It's worth the cost. Their logistics team was on top of it every step of the way.

Just a fantastic service. I was able to schedule a pickup from my office a couple days before vacation. Skis were waiting for me when I arrived! On the last day of my vacation left them at the resort to be picked up and two days later, they were at my house. Could not be any more convenient!
