I visited this location this past Sunday afternoon and I am very happy with the customer service provided. The print station attendee was very kind. I was also looking for an item in the aisles and one of the associates immediately approached me even before I asked for help and located the item I needed. Thank you, all!

I had the unfortunate experience of having to deal with Gwendolyn today at this branch of Staples. She was stand-offish, rude, and if she knew any words beside “no” or “I can’t help you” I would be shockingly surprised. Other employees were very kind, and as I overheard their interactions with customers, I was wondering how Gwendolyn’s glaringly terrible attitude has not come to managements attention sooner.

Our salesman worked very hard to supply the out of date cables we required. He was not successful but was able to suggest a suitable supplier. We deeply appreciated his efforts and would.be anxious to return to Staples for future needs.

Customer Service was awesome! I have a Staples Business account and wanted to return some items I order in error. Because I had a business account I had to return them via mail...which I had no idea about. But instead of the customer service team giving me a hard time all three of them helped me and explained everything I needed to do and even apologized when it was really my own fault for not researching the return policy prior. Nice to know we still have nice people in this world!

I give this store 5 stars because of my experience with Brandon today. I had come to the store to use a 2 reward Staples had given me. I chose a can of pringles for 1.98 but the register would not accept my purchase because it was below 2. Well, Brandon suggested that I check Wal-Mart for the price of the chips and use the price match. Well because of his suggestion, I was able to walk out with two cans of pringles (1 each) instead of just the one. My technical issue might have held up the line but I greatly appreciate Brandon going above and beyond to help me! This small gesture really made my day and I am grateful to Brandon for his help!
