Bank takes up to 8-10 days to clear a business check!! How in the world are you supposed to conduct business when you have to wait almost 2 weeks for a check to clear!!! Checks are used to fund materials and labor for a job and you have to tell a customer we can’t start your project until 2 weeks until your lousy check clears because Suntrust bank Sucks!!!! Don’t bank here trust me!! That are no help on top of it!!!
First, this bank has NO drive- thru ATM for deposits or withdrawls. The only atms were walk up. Not very safe for mobil banking. Please, install mobil atms that accept deposits outside your banks. For those of you that still walk in banks like its 1960, this location may be 5 star. Otherwise, i love this institution.

Horrible SBA and mortgage lenders!!! Don’t care about cash flow, incompetent underwriters!! Don’t use them for SBA/Personal loans or mortgages!!!!
