We go into this store at least once a month when we walk over to Rosemary Square. We love the selection and the staff has always been super friendly and helpful. If you can't find something just ask. We just took our first cooking class (Sushi 3/28/2021) and it was a blast. Instructor was great and made the class fun. I can't remember his name or I would give him a shout out. We will definitely take another class soon.

This store has everything you need for the kitchen. They carry both Global and Wüstoff knives. There is an excellent selection of espresso machines, including Nespresso. They have Kitchen-Aid stand mixers, even the larger sizes. Several cookware lines are featured, All-Clad stainless among them. There is even a selection of silverware and flatware. Staff is helpful without being overbearing.

Should be one star, but 2 because it was very clean. Customer service bad. I’m the only person in line with one item I needed. Patiently waiting for the attendant who is staring down at the cash drawer for a couple minutes, no big deal. As she makes eye contact with me and I step up another customer comes over and interrupts. She then leaves for 3-4 minutes to assist. The other worker is talking to a friend/regular who walked in after I was in line. I am now still waiting in line while both associates are attending to one customer who interrupted my transaction and a buddy who walked in after with me. I’m just standing there wanting to buy merchandise. I placed my would-be purchases on the counter and left, I won’t be unacknowledged completely and ignored when I’m one of 3 people in the store and then pay for it.

Do not purchase anything from this company. I bought a 250. Staub pan from Sur La Table that is warranteed for as long as I own the product. The pan has chipped on the cooking surface within 3 years. They refused to do anything at the store and told me to call the Zwilling, who now owns Staub. The specific instructions on ZWilling website says to , " bring back to the retailer where you purchased" to start warranty claim . Sur La Table refuses to initiate the claim. Buyer beware. The West Palm Beach store insinuated that I did not buy the product with them because all of their records have been purged since the liquidation in 2020. Again.... be aware that Sur La Table does not stand behind it's customers or the expensive products they sell. I had been a long time customer of this company. Never again

We were invited to a wine tasting and cooking class here. The Chefs, Greg and Caleb, were amazing and we not only learned to make some fabulous dishes, we got to eat a fabulous meal with some fantastic wine. If you have a group coming into town and you’re looking for something unique to do this is the place! They will work with you on the schedule and the menu and your party will thank you for arranging such a unique and fun event.
