I’m a huge target fan and have been to many Targets. This location is the worst of all. Takes weeks for them to restock items. Every time I need to return something the line is long and they have one person working it. Then when I wait in the separate order pick up line to pick up my orders off my app I’m waiting there FOREVER. I’m the first in line just standing there and no one even acknowledges me that they’ll take care of me in a moment. They also have workers coming out from the back room and just walk by you without even acknowledging that you’re there. I have a degree in hospitality management and many years of experience in customer service and this target is seriously lacking in that department. You would think that now since they get paid 15.00 an hour they would be happier and work harder but it’s the complete opposite. That hourly wage is not deserved. And lastly, this target needs to be updated. Every other target I go to is newly renovated, sells all the newest trends, and super clean. Get it to together.

It is a Super Target.... They have self checkout lines... Those make it much easier to get in and get out quickly... There is someone standing there to help with any issues with the self checkouts... The store is clean... The shelves are always stocked... They have everything I need and make it where I do not have to go to several other stores... Awesome

I have been to other big box stores lately. I decided to try Target again and I was greeted by your employee MEGAN upon arriving. She asked me how she could help me find what I was looking for and then proceeded to take me throughout the store and made sure I found all items I needed. After my experience with MEGAN, I will never shop anywhere else again. MEGAN was amazing and the specific reason I have faith again in Target. I highly recommend Target to everyone I know now and I have them ask for MEGAN. MEGAN is a huge asset and you are fortunate to have her in your employ. She was very knowledgeable and very polite and caring. new lifetime customer

Purchased many Christmas items a few days ago. Did not check my bags until I was wrapping gifts. Noticed I left a bag at the store. Went back to check and the bag was not turned in. The cashier refunded my credit card. Did not ask or expect a refund for my mistake. Great customer service!

Who doesn’t love target? They have everything you need. No long lines, good sales, and cute stuff. They have a Starbucks inside to so you can refresh after some intense shopping
