Ken in the rental department is a 5 star top notch employee. It really reflects so well on Home Depot when an employee not only goes out of his way to take care of multiple customers orders, rentals, and concerns, but personally lends a hand to flag down the forklift operator quickly and also helps load heavy bags of concrete into the customers truck. This was my experience today at home Depot, twice. He is a true professional. Thank you Ken!

I rented a cement mixer from this location this past weekend. The line seemed to take very long, but it was a Saturday so I can understand that. I had two significant issues with my rental. First, the cord for the mixer was damaged and would cut in and out during operation. Luckily this did not happen much and I was still able to complete my job within the 4 hour rental window. In retrospect I should have tested the mixer before leaving the store. The second issue I had (and the real reason for 2 stars) was that they did not properly charge my credit card for the rental. They ran it twice, once for my rental, but they also charged my card for someone else's rental! Luckily I was able to catch the added charge on my credit card. A few days later I was able to get a hold of a supervisor on the phone after being on hold for about 30 mins total. The supervisor I spoke with was professional and was able to resolve the issue after about 20 mins on the phone with her. She is the reason my review is not more harsh. Unfortunately, if I had to rent a tool again I would drive the extra distance to go to a different store.
