We paid Mr. Walker IN FULL in March - he cashed the check the same day. All documents for our case were sent to him by 4/15/2020 - paperwork still not ready to file. When I asked to review he told me I was the first person he represented that actually wanted to read what they were signing. REALLY? When I reviewed I found he missed several creditors that were sent on 4/15/2020 - now being delayed again because 'he has other projects'. We're done with the excuses - I'm sure there are more ethical attorneys out there.
