Had a great experience with Alpine Towing yesterday (August 20, 2020). Had car troubles and got a tow via Geico roadside assistance. Arrived within the estimated time. Ben was very courteous and professional while loading the car. When confirming the drop off location, he gave us advice to go to a mechanic rather than a tire place we originally set. Upon arrival to the mechanic, he offloaded the car with care and drove it to the nearest spot. Would recommend to anyone who needs a tow.

The driver claimed he was at my location. I said something and he hung up on me. I tried to call him back with no answer. So I immediately called the office. They put me on hold after asking what kind of car i had. Then cold transferred me to another person. When I explained what happened i was transferred again. This took ten mins. After the prior party came back on the phone he said the driver came to my location and said I would be taking 25mins to come home. I said that’s a lie and he hung up in my face. So I called bk from another number asking to speak with the manager and he told me he was the manager and there was nothing he could do i should call my insurance back to dispatch another tow truck. When i say this was the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced save yourself the energy. These people don’t care about their job it’s just a job. No value in customer service.
Why yall tow anyone's car in a pendemic
My ex-husband's car was towed and was brought to this property, and the address is correct, Google maps will bring you right there.. they were cooperative, understanding and patient with us.and there was really nice and the gentleman by the name of Larry and first guy that started helping us I did not catch his name he's a Jamaican nice guy real nice guy, I was even offered a job.
these are guys are really horrible...use their business to rip off hard working people..DO NOT USE THEM....
