I made an appointment with this company for yesterday between 11:00 am and 12:00 pm never show up they send Raider Rooter at 5:30 PM pump the septic tank and then handed and invoice for almost 600.00 three times the amount that I was quote I said NO Way and they threat me to dump the septic tank product back into my tank. NOT ACCEPTABLE WAY OF TREATING CUSTOMERS BY THREAT THEM YOU SHOULD APOLOGIZES AND NEVER SEND SOME ONE ELSE TO DO YOUR WORK I DON'T KNOW IF YOU ARE THE SAME OWNERS THAT MAY BE WHAT HAPPEN THAT WAY YOU CAN MAKE MORE MONEY
