I am so happy for all the people who has had a good experience with L&F windows but unfortunately not my case. the lack of communication with this company is awful, We have been dealing with our project for months and even though the windows and door were installed after 4 months of signing the contract in August we are still trying to fix some problems. We were presented with a great company , we were told that a group of installers will come and will get the job done in 1 day and blah blah blah not even close.. only one person showed up, he did a good job but I do not think so this is a job for only one. Also, the front door was ordered wrong, we decided to leave it like that to avoid more hassle but still the wrong door. After the installation was done I was pushed to sign the bank paperwork so they can get paid even though I was not happy with the job. After signing they disappeared , we did have to call many times. Project manager? what is that? she never fixed anything, she said she will call after winter break and no call back at all.. we did have to call to find out that she was out of town. They promised us a TV and still waiting for it. They said they ordered and that it was supposed to be delivered 2 weeks ago and not here yet. I called to find out what was happening and guess what the person in charged is not in the office. Oh well.. Ah in addition to it the inspection has not happened either after almost 2 months of installation. I did have to call to ask for it!!. I understand the pandemic delayed the jobs but how about calling your clients and letting them know what is happening,

An absolute pleasure to have dealt with, from L&F's front-end sales team, Omer and Ariel, to our Project Manager Oren, not to mention their hard working roofing crew headed up by Jacob and Armando, who really exercised old school craftsmanship and care in installing new roofs on both the main house and our garage. Great communication all along and great flexibility and patience working through Covid-related permitting issues and numerous rain delays throughout the project. Highly recommended for all your roofing needs.
This company subcontract roof work - Om is very vocal and responsive when getting the contract and speaking of money. When issues arised and there was poor communication amongst themselves and other workers, all communication stopped. I still haven't received final paperwork. Even after leaks came into my home while the work was being completed, someone came to "fix" damages 7 days later...mold everywhere..the repair was so poorly done that we're now having our bathroom completely renovated. Poor customer service...once you make everything about you already lost. No referrals from me.
Great service. Quick and really good people. Leon was an amazing help and great spirited man. Definitely will recommend.
Very professional and hard working installation employees. Always cleaned up and the work was so detailed and above anything we could have imagined. Always kept in touch with us throughout. Never a concern or worry on our end. Would highly recommend to anyone. It would be a mistake to go to anyone else! Great job guys truly love our windows and doors

I wanted to take a moment to tell you how much I appreciate the help of Vova beygelman If people worked as hard and diligent as him I can only imagine how much easier the processes would be. I am grateful to have the opportunity to work with Vova beygelman with my project. He have a Great attitude, very positive, very patient. Answer all my questions and concerns. Reply texts and answer the phone day and night. and greatly appreciate the help provided.
Hello just want to thank Leon if it wasn't for him i may have not gotten my new door and windows. He is so professional and kind. If you need someone to help you with an order he is your person. He also was there for me to the end and made sure I received financing. Also want to give thanks to my installers. They came in and installed my door and windows. Very professional and with respect.
