Went in almost 2 weeks ago for a new full set and have been seething about my experience ever since. To begin, she did not soak off my old nails, instead she drilled them off, leaving part of the old acrylic on the nail. I always get the stiletto shape and when I said that's what I wanted I was never told she did not know how to do that. Even though I showed her multiple pictures and explained how to properly shape them, I ended up with a long oval shape. I told her they needed to be pointy and she basically just sharpened the ends of the nails while continuing to round the rest of it. All of my nails are shaped differently and have weirdly different lengths and the acrylic was applied sloppily, so thin that they bend if I apply too much pressure, and not smoothed properly. I had gel polish put on, as I always do, and within a day it started chipping - a problem I have NEVER encountered anywhere else I have gone. To my knowledge, there were no prices posted (I am aware this may be my fault for not asking) but I ended up paying 55 for the WORST nails I have ever had - I usually pay 35 for an amazing set. When I left, my fingers literally hurt. Do not go here if you want something out of the orm\ as far as nail shape and do not go here if you don't want to waste your money. Worst nail job ever.
