Very unprofessional, cheaply made homes, doesn't hold to their word, refuses warranty work, back tracks their words and agreements- DO NOT RECOMMEND- poorly graded yard, our entire yard is stone, actually the whole subdivision is missing topsoil. Grass needs topsoil to grow, its costing us thousands to repair our yard and have topsoil brought it when it should have been done in the first place. The common areas are still not seeded, planted, and weeds are out of control. Its been three years since they should have put together the common area. I recommend you come drive through our neighborhood before thinking about building with them. Our bathroom shower is cracked, refuses to replace/fix, floors are cracking & they refuse to replace/fix, nothing in the house is square, our lot is full of garbage, doesn't respond to you when you need work done, once you sign that contract to build then you are chop liver, that should have been our first sign..... Only thing keeping us in this house is we have good neighbors (who are all not happy for the same reasons). We have had two significant plumbing problems, within two years of living in newly constructed home. First problem was master shower leaked into kitchen, due to a piece of metal being lodged within the seam of the plumbing (found out after we called for repairs from outside repairman) Second is a leak from laundry room which flooded our kitchen due to scrap metal again being within the piping that clogged the piping. We have had to call a plumber twice to fix these problems and now this is the second time we are repairing the drywall in the kitchen ceiling due to flooding. Would never recommend West Point Builders, ever.

Christine sold us our house 5 years ago and nothing but an amazing experience. I'm sad to see one of my West Point Gardens family dissapointed in the house they bought. All of our neighbors in my area are extremely happy with what we received. When you buy a house...they aren't going to fix it for free consistently, it's not a townhome. (unless you bought a townhome) We did have to wait a little for the yard around us to sell and grade the land, but it was understandable. We had three issues when we first bought our house: 1. The back sliding glass door leaked - The builder came out and completely removed the door and put in a new one. 2. One door was having trouble closing - Carpender came in and fixed issue. 3. We didn't like how the porch steps didn't fill completely to the bottom of the ground. We were having wild life already staying under there. For this one, they gave us 3 options, add more mulch to cover it, re-grade the land tobring it higher or the third option which we choose, add additional concrete to fill-in and completely bring the side steps to the ground. We are slightly dissapointed they don't do an Easter Egg hunt anymore nor a Christmas Party. Not sure why they stopped, but it was great to see the new neighbors coming into the community.
