Poorly staffed waited for a good 10-15 minutes before our waitress waited on us this was our first time here and it will be the last time. The price also for food could have gone to Texas roadhouse for 20 dollars cheaper then what we ate with the restaurant tonight.

Just in case you sometimes don't read carefully (like me): DO NOT try to drive here to eat food. There is no food. Just offices. I'm sure it's a stand-up place inside with delightful people - but again, no food. Just corporate office. Be warned! (Or just read carefully in the first place.)
You guys got rid of the buffalo chicken salad. I have not only had problems with service being the slowest service ever in the past but now you get rid of my favorite item and raise the price of the 2 for 12 by 50c? I used to go about once every month or so to the victory Blvd uno's but I won't be going back ever again now
OK, what went right about my experience today at UNO's in Revere? The 2 different pizzas we ordered were hot and very good. What went wrong? Everything else! Had to wait at the front desk with no one in sight for over 5 minutes for a host/hostess to seat us. But he decided to take the party that came in after us first. The table we were brought to had crumbs etc. all over the table. The waitress moved us to the next table, but the wood divider above both tables were dirty and dusty. The waitress, Ashley, took our order, but the pizza didn't come for at least 1/2 hour. She did apologize several times. When the bill came, we handed her a Uno Gift Card, and she came back with our receipt showing we had paid. So then we get up to leave, but she returns and says no, we can't because there is something wrong with their system and the card is not working. After a half hour of sitting there with our coats on and ready to leave, she announces their register is still not working, but that we can go. I had to ask for the gift card back because I knew there had to be a balance on it, which she did give me. It is my opinion that the restaurant is not organized nor managed well. I have been going to that specific Uno's for many years and have never encountered an experience like I did today. We were in a hurry but yet had to stay there for almost 2 hours. What a big disappointment!

My experience went very well, my server was so friendly and very accommodating(Chan). It was my husband and I as well as my 13 month old son. The food was delicious, the service was great. However, just as we are almost done with our meals, a manager walked to our table not to greet our table, not to ask us how our food was. But to notify me that he will be cleaning up after my 13 month old son who had some broccoli and chicken pieces on the floor as kids do tend to make a mess. ( As if, we didnt just finish our meal, and i wouldnt clean up my son's mess). After that rude comment i was in shock. I asked my husband did he really just say that? Yep. I notified my waitress immediately. I paid my bill at the kiosk on our table. As i was walking out the door the manager was near, i stepped aside with him and let him know, you probably shouldn't say that to a family who isn't done eating, or think i wouldnt clean up after my son, (which i cleaned up every crumb around the highchair). He said to me thats not how he meant it. But he didnt come across friendly coming to our dinner table about it either. Plus thats why you have bus boys. Needless to say i wont be returning to this location. Manager name is Endrick. Unos in Attleboro,Ma location. -STEPHANIE
