I used to work as a shop technician at this branch if I had a choice to put no stars I would. my boss was chris Steele he like to yell at people and belittle them. He makes others not want to talk to him he is very rude. He couldn’t even be a good supervisor so now he is in customer service don’t talk to this guy.

Bad customer service I ordered small pallet jack and they told me 2..3 werks will arrive and i needed to unload heavy And they lied to me Also People are not knowlagable at all there They dont know their products It took 25 min and 3 people to order The smallest and nerowest pallet jack Simple as that and lied about dates... For arrival from Ohio And i When i asked Where they made they told me Ohio USA NOT TRUE ... ALL MADE IN CHINA . LIED AGAIN DONT TRUST THIS FOOLS ...
