We have had a contract with them for 20 years and have been contacted in the past regarding renewal. It appears that was out of the goodness of someones heart or perhaps my phone call updating quotes. This year I find we are locked into a 5 year contract which jusy renewed without our knowledge. Please be aware of this clause in their contracts. While the service is good their union cost is way higher than other companies.

I was driving down Douglas Blvd this morning. One of their small box trucks was doing over 70 mph! I was ahead of the male driver and switched lanes, to the slow lane, in front of him, and he tailgates me. IM TRYIN TO TURN RIGHT!! Then he swings his truck into the middle lane and speeds up even faster. I told him he was number one as he passed. He was probably doing 80mph by the time he hit North Sunrise. Im saying this, I don't want someone that can't even excercise self control while driving, Let alone work on my elevator which hauls hundreds of people. I just can trust that. Employees are a direct reflection of Managment and owners. This business needs to get its stuff together, I'm calling Capitol Elevator.

If I could give ZERO stars I would. They service my building's elevator at 2110 L Street (The St. Anton Building). It seems as if the elevator breaks EVERY WEEKEND. In fact the situation is so bad that the man in a wheelchair that lived in this building had to move out. They come and \fix\ the elevator almost every week - they must not do a good job fixing it since it breaks so often - or they need to recommend replacing it - either way horrible service.
