I needed a truck for moving some furniture to a new place. The rental was easy and quick, they even gave me more time just to be sure I didn't rush. During the move I lost a wing mirror, the staff were polite, professional, and helped me through the process of filing damage. They made what could have been a scary, expensive experience easy and manageable. Highly recommended, always get the damage waiver.
