This is a nice location and is the main postal hub in the Sacramento region. it's quite a large building because they are processing mail at this location. The passport office here has open hours for drop-ins or appointments. You can also drop mail off, mail packages, purchase supplies such as stamps, and have a post office box here to rent. Never a long line. And always plenty of parking.

Passport office has couple of issues listing below 1. On the entry of passport office the door has sticker SORRY NO PUBLIC RESTROOMS .that's bad as I had to wait for 2 hr or so with my wife and 2 months old daughter. 2. ONLY 1 representative present and worked very slow and relaxed for completing 3 applicants took over 1.3hrs or so. Not sure for the reason. 3 No additional support from any of the office staff. Hopefully it gets better as time passes.

I have good experience at that Post Office. Michelle was the only one working at that time with a growing line but did announce that she will be helping everyone and thanks them for waiting. She is professional, very efficient and I received a fast service from her.

Horrible customer service experience. The Asian lady was absolutely rude! I had the wrong label and she yelled at me and pointed to the label I needed while continuing to yell and direct me to the right label. When I walked back to the counter I asked her if she was having a bad day, I've never experienced this service at this location before. She then began to mumble under her breath which of course was inaudible due to her mask and remained rude through the entire transaction. She has no business working the counter with that negative attitude!

It's was my first time going through the process to renew my passport. I had my paper filled out already all I needed was a signature and a picture, I thought they were going to take a picture at the post office. The lady at the counter seemed to be in the worst attitude all she told me was that I need to read all of the instructions before getting there.
