The customer service is so is the worst! I've called at least eight times to try to speak to someone in the money center to get some information on bill payment the woman who keep answering the phone sounds like she there with you speak English I keep telling her to please not transfer me because they're not answering the phone all I want to know is do they accept bill payments there she keeps cutting me off and yet still transferred me and no one still is picking up. She hung up on me twice.. Got me wondering what is the training process!! Sheesh so now I have to drive all the way over there just to see and I'm going to be completely livid if they do not expect payments
