Easy to work with the office staff. I told them the suspected issues and they promised to have parts on the truck, something no other repair firm would do. Technician \Jordan\ was polite, efficient and quick. The necessary parts were in fact on the truck and we got two appliances repaired in an hour at a reasonable rate. Jordan found a new, unrecognized problem and fixed that too. I have only good things to say about him and the company.

Jeremy came to the house, was amazingly helpful and professional, and completed the work in a timely manner. He also followed company COVID-19 procedures without question. All of this was greatly appreciated and we won't hesitate to contact Advantage Appliance again in the future to fix an appliance. And we'll probably ask if we can get Jeremy back again. Thanks.

This was the first time we have used their services. Jordan the repairman was always on time and called to let us know how soon he would arrive. A very nice young man on his way out he noticed a red light on our refrigerator. It had been on since we changed the filter and we did not know how to reset it. He showed us how to do it. And our washing machine is working like new. Thank you Jordan because of your kindness we will be sure to call advantage for all our future repairs.

These guys are fantastic! Great service, punctual, responsive and fair price. I will continue to call them for repairs for my rentals. They’ve saved me a ton of money. Plus the tech was a great guy!

Tech showed up, the code on the stove indicated an electrical problem. He pulled the stove away from the wall causing a Fire Ball that destroyed the L1 (220 Volt) Cable, the connection block and other wiring. I his report he said \Found Brunt L1 Wire\ ... never said he cause that. Advantage Appliance Repair insisted on payment for the damaged L1 cable they destroyed... The damage was so bad that the stove was replaced. Don't let these fools touch your Appliances....
