My girlfriend's laptop charging port broke down as she was moving furniture around the house. The laptop went dead and needed a fix. We went to Cyber Exchange because it was the closest to our house. They asked for 250 down payment plus 250 for a new charging port and labor which all comes out to 500. As I was doing a research online to find something more affordable, I came across Warp 9 PC. Now yes, the address leads to a house and it does not have a website or business hours. Warp 9 PC is an at home computer service. The owner goes by the name of Grosvenor Heacock. He does all his work at his own house. He took the laptop and finished it in timely manners for the price of 78 rather than 500. He is a wonderful person and was able to explain everything that was wrong with the laptop. I would recommend Mr. Heacock to anyone who does not want to get rigged off for such simple jobs on their PC. He does not have a website, however he is available at his house when you need him.

The staff at Warp 9 were extremely accommodating . I brought my pc to them after a horrendous encounter with another repair shop in the area. They listened to all my concerns and for a very reasonable price put my pc in better condition than when I first purchased it. They listened to all my requests and adjusted my pc to suit my personal needs. I would not hesitate to recommend them.
