We have stayed here several times. It is a pet-friendly park and the people are friendly. We have always had a good experience when staying.

FYI Do not stay when it freezes outside they will turn the water off to the whole park.. instead of telling everyone to leave water dripping.. with that being said it caused water leak to our brand new camper that was taken straight to the rv park the day we bought it... they refuse to fix damages they caused.. plus I had a newborn baby while they shut the water off. You can barely get in touch with the owners.. They were supposed to let us know how much was owed when staying wife never got back to us. Husband came down demanding money by the next day... or leave.. now they are trying to file charges but won’t fix repairs to our brand new camper. Plus owners were out raking leaves at night time.. revving either the fan boat or truck engine all hours of the night at there house next door to office.. I do not recommend this place at all!! So save your self when choosing to stay at Waco north rv park in West Texas!!!

I absolutely love this place. The staff is amazing and very responsive. They are straightforward and fair. The park offers great amenities and is pet friendly. It has a \summer camp\ feel, which my family loves! The park is clean and safe. Do not pay attention to the bad reviews. This place is a little gem and worth checking out.

We stayed here and the site was below average. The grass wasn’t cut and was about 8” high resulting in chigger bites on our kids legs. Prior to our arrival, I tried to call and verify our reservations multiple times over multiple weeks but could never reach anyone and would never get a return call. At checkout, no one was onsite and I had to leave without paying. I called multiple times over 3 weeks to try and make payment without any luck. Finally, after about a month, I received a call asking me to pay which I happily did. I do not advise staying here unless it’s a stopover to grab some shuteye.

The site by himself is beautiful but there is a need of love here.... We were on the pull trough section A to something and the hill to get there was rough.
