Absolutely horrendous service. I’ve been a customer for over 10 years and have an average water consumption of 1,600. For this past quarter I am being told my consumption is over 5,700 and my bill is almost 4 times the normal amount. Nothing changed with my water usage and then don’t seem to even care. They just want the money. I am being told if I want the meter tested it would cost me 100!!!. So not only are they over charging the amount of water I used I need to pay for them to test their own product. Completely unacceptable! No help from anyone who works there. If you have a different option for water service I suggest going that route.
Very helpful with payment plan due to COVID hardship. Nicole has always been very rude but new worker Tony was exceptionally nice, nonjudgmental and easy to work with. Beth has always been nice too. Thank you to all who truly care about making ppl feel human. Nicole should observe you and take a lesson.
