Horrible Service I called your company for service 2 months ago. Service rep told me that technicians were very busy, but that someone could get to my home within a month. I have a wine cellar unit that they installed and serviced in the past. It needs to be replaced. I called today to check on when someone was coming and I was told they are too busy and that no one could make it. I understand that I am probably a small customer, but what a rude and unprofessional way to treat a past customer. I have been waiting for 2 months and it is obvious from my conversation that they just wrote me off and never even told me. I am very unhappy and cannot believe that they would treat a customer that way. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. THEY TREAT SMALL CUSTOMERS LIKE DIRT.
