The worst car rental service.... go to Budget, they are cheaper and provide rides and have actual customer service. After booking a car with big sky for a mini van for 4 handicapped veterans, I asked for a confirmation. I was told that they had some computer issues with people double booking cars so after that was cleared out I would be sent an email confirmation. The rental was for the next day. Called to be picked up, shocker ne revelation in system no can available. Total screwed over then hung up on when I complained. Do not use this company.

Super friendly people, good pricing, no hussle.
After discovering that Yellowstone does not have a shuttle service and that we were driving a class C motorhome, we needed a car very quickly. Found Big Sky on Google the night prior, called them up at opening time the following day and picked the car up 30 minutes later. Super easy, great service, and the car suited our needs perfectly.

We drove to Yellowstone in an RV and rented a minivan from Big Sky to drive around Yellowstone more easily, which was a good decision. Several days after we returned home, we realized we had accidentally left one of our favorite music CD's in the car. Called Big Sky customer service and they said they would look for it and mail it to us if they found it. Luckily the CD was found and they sent it to us in the mail as promised. Going the extra mile is golden and so rare to find these days. THANK YOU BIG SKY CAR RENTALS!!!
I had to make a last minute cancellation and Ryan was extremely polite and helpful..No fees and very understanding.
I had to return the car before catching a flight at WYS. Surprisingly I found there's no taxi nor Uber in this small town. When Ryan learned this, he offered to drive me to the airport, which saved me an 1-hr walk. Would definitely recommend this place.
These guys are very nice to work with and have very nice equipment. We have been to WYS 3 times and used them the last two trips to rent snowmobiles and gear. I would recommend their service to anyone. Steve -Atlanta
