An incredible experience. Amazing place in nature. At night we warmed them out in the tent with a stove and live fire. The blankets are warm enough not to freeze underneath. In the evening they roasted marshmallows (children are happy!) and looked at the stars. The restaurant next door serves good dinner and drinks. In the morning coffee was delivered to our tent - it's so cute!

The best glamping I've ever been to! We had a tent with a bathroom and a shower, the tent has everything you need for a comfortable stay. Under Canvas has a restaurant (5pm-10pm) on site which is very convenient, but they also have everything you need if you want to BBQ. Under Canvas offers 24/7 complimentary coffee/tea but it would be great if they offer breakfast snacks for guests as well. There are plenty of games and entertainment at night. Visitors can observe horses near by. Very friendly and attentive staff. Definitely will come back next time for a longer stay!

Honestly the Yurt itself was amazing. I loved the industrial look with the exposed copper piping and the barn door. It was nice that we had a pellet stove that kept our Yurt nice and warm during the cold nights. We were kinda bummed to be in the Yurt that is on the main road but we actually became to love it since there was only one other Yurt next to us so we never really heard any people talking. Which if you didn’t get our Yurt would be a huge problem. They place the yurts too close to each other. We also got to park our car next to our Yurt which was very convenient. I have no complaints about the Yurt itself. The biggest let downs my Wife and I experience are with the staff. You can tell that they don’t really care about service. We would ask a simple question about what is being offered this week and they couldn’t give us an answer. They wouldn’t just not answer they would be condescending when they respond. Everything just seems very unorganized and made the trip worse. The restaurant was really good or really bad. They have a few items that blew us away like the trout. Honestly I would stay here again for the Yurt alone. The staff needs to be better trained and really care about giving good service. Especially for how much they charge a night for a Yurt. The staff needs to preform to that level.

This place is rough. It is glamping but lots of walking, lots of wind, very cold if not in a tent with a fire. Due to Montana weather, you probably want to get a tent with a fire place. Staff is attentive but there is not much that they do. The landscape is beautiful and stars at night are AMAZING. Despite what they say below - the "hive" is a tee-pee that does NOT have a wood burning stove. It has two beds a small table and lamp - see the pictures.

Glamping at its finest. Spacious, well done, and incredible views. Evening mosquitoes so bring some Deet but they fade as the temperature drops. Gets cold at night so you'll want to know how to use the in tent wood stove. NOTE the restaurant at the front of the tent area is called Embers. It isn't listed on Google. We had good food in town but Embers is a must do. The steel head trout was great and the bison burger was the best we had in Montana or Wyoming.

My wife and I added a night at Under Canvas to our Yellowstone honeymoon vacation, and could not have been luckier. The staff was amazingly generous, offering us a Stargazer tent upgrade, a handwritten card, and they covered our dinner at the adjacent Bar & Restaurant at the ranch. Out of all the places we’ve stayed this past week... Ritz Carlton, The Lodge at Jackson Hole, a few Marriott’s... this was by far the highlight of the trip. Beautiful ranch, unparalleled views, and truly upscale camping. We can’t wait to explore their sister locations at other National Parks.

The tents are super fun to stay in. The beds are incredibly warm even in 39 weather. It's nice to get the complimentary breakfast and I have a restaurant really close. The stream right next to the campground is fun to play in and hang out around. They have plenty of board games in the reception area and offer complimentary coffee, tea, water. The bathrooms get cleaned every day and had shampoo, conditioner, and body wash in them. It's very enjoyable at night to be able to sit around the campfire and eat complimentary s'mores. They do have a few grills that are propane powered. We cooked on these several times. Highly recommend over a hotel.

Great experience staying here. Fantastic staff, they are very helpful and friendly. Rooms are spacious and clean. If you're good at maintaining a fire you won't be cold at night.
