We booked directly with Cynthia and our service was great! She recommended 2 units based upon our size and needs. The Bison Home was great for my son who was on a very limited budget. We had the Bear Cabin and it was perfect. We felt like we were in the woods yet right in the middle of town. The cabin and home had everything we needed - full size appliances, comfy beds and a washer and dryer! They even provided the laundry soap and dish soap. Cynthia's suggestions for places to see and things to do were right on! Don't miss the Grizzly Wolf Discovery Center. My grandson loved the bears and wolves and so much more!

Nice cabins, privately owned. Well kept.

Cynthia, thank you for being patient with us and helping us figure everything out! We wanted to get away but when your family is all over north america it is hard! Cynthia held our dates while we figured out the transpo and then helped us to plan our trip! We are so happy with the 2 units she suggested and all the travel stuff!

Booked a stay through Hotels.com. When the Covid-19 pandemic hit, like everyone else we were unable to travel. Montana was quarantined and the park was closed. Hotels.com stated a full refund policy for the period during which we were booked, irrespective of booking type. The owner said it was entirely up to Hotels.com and she could not refund or do anything else due to her "contract" with Expedia/Hotels.com. Hotels.com said it was entirely up to the property owner (despite it's stated full refund policy). So, she kept our money and both of them refused to abide by Hotels.com's stated Covid-19 refund policy. Really, really disappointing.

Bear Cabin was the perfect place for our family. Slept 7 comfortably. Large kitchen allowed us to easily have some of our meals in. Two bathrooms were a must. Manager Cynthia was friendly, kind, and accommodating.

This was GREAT for our rather large mixed group of adults and children. There's a fully equipped kitchen with an oven, dishwasher etc. We got some food at the local grocery store when we saw how expensive the restaurants were, and we were able to cook it up there. We got a huckleberry pie in West Yellowstone and it was seriously the best pie I've ever had, FYI. Check-in was easy, as was check-out. Remember that you probably won't have service in the park, so if you need to communicate with the office you should contact them before you enter the park! The office was a little difficult to locate- it's back behind the cabins, you have to walk down a little path. The only problem we had was how CRAZY expensive the place was. You pay through the nose, but it's a nice place!

Seven family members and I stayed in the Fox Cabin. It is newer with all the amenities you need, including 2 full baths, 3 bedrooms, full kitchen and living room. We didn't feel like we were missing anything and it felt like a nice, new, clean home. We would definitely stay there again the next time we visit Yellowstone if we have a group as big as we did this time. It is super close to the west gate of the park and within walking distance of many shops and restaurants.
