Oil change
The heater core in out 3500 Dodge Ram went out and we called 12 dealers and no luck. Called Hoover, was told to come by....Less than 2 hours we're back on the road!!! Thank you to all the dudes that helped. Great friendly and prompt service, without gauging my pockets!!!!

kept my truck for 4 months and always giving me the run around. when i called that enough was enough he kept hanging up on me. customer service is non existent. steer clear.
They replaced tie rod end s on my truck after I had one fall off in parking lot .Lucky me.They went and got parts brought them back to truck .Fixed it on the spot.They don't screw around and they are good at what they do.They have done work for me before.I would recommend them to anybody'.They don't GOUGE your back pocket .
So I blow a brake line at a light on Rt. 30 while pulling a loaded trailer with my pickup ... at 6:30 in the morning. A Google search reveals Hoover Truck & Auto Repair to be my nearest option for a repair. I arrive at 7:00 am, see a light on inside so I walk in the office to find the owner having coffee. After explaining my situation, Mark says he'll get someone right on it when his employees arrive for work at 8:00, and invites me to wait at the lunch table until the repair is complete. By 11:00 I'm on my way to see my customers and make my deliveries. The labor rates aren't the lowest you'll find, but I can't say enough about the service I received and how I was treated. Cheerful employees are also a credit to the business there.
We have been doing business with this company for years. The service is great and they treat you right.
