I have a modular commercial building constructed by Freeport Industries. I had an issue with a leak in the roof but the warranty had expired. I called Freeport to enquire what my options were. The team was very responsive, came out to inspect the issue and promptly scheduled a service call to make the necessary repairs. In my opinion, this is quality customer service at its best. I would contact Freeport first in my next purchase and would highly recommend them to others. Well done Freeport Industries!

Not happy.with the salesman at all. Called him a couple of times. He was very about and said he would email me the info. Never did. Went to the office. He only works from home. Ok. I understand that. But no email no call.

I had a great experience personally with Freeport industries they build my house a few years back and I need to get some original documents altered for the sale of the home so I reached out to Chris at Freeport and I asked him to revise the document for me witch he did. Chris Real saved me a lot of stress and money the people working at Freeport are first class in my books thanks a ton agin Chris

I apologize for the late review, it has been a very busy time. We met our Realtor (Maria) September 1, 2019 in Oliver from Langley to look at homes for sale. Maria decided to take us to OK Falls to look at property. Well, the moment we drove into Peach Cliff Estates, we knew this beautiful new subdivision was for us. Wayne & myself signed all our paperwork on October 26, 2019 and picked out the type of home we had dreamed of, from the Interior to the colors of the Exterior. We then needed to sell our home in Langley, (which was March 2020 and the new buyers gave us until the middle of July) and the timing for us to vacate was perfect for when our New Home was completed. We cannot thank Freeport Industries for our beautiful home, amazing views, love the wild life and have met some wonderful new neighbors. We would also like to personally thank, Chris, Graham, Jon, Nikki, Kim, Kohbi, Pedro, Fletcher, Gary and all the crew who made this happen. This subdivision is hopping and I believe only a few more lots to be sold, when we see new clients walking around (that are interested), we invite them into our home to show them the workmanship of these beautiful homes. Horrible workmanship...pages of deficiencies Been three years in house and still things aren't fixed properly. They no longer return our phone calls. This was a PNE prize home...we expected better! Now its costing us out of our own pockets to correct the mess. Not happy..Three years of stress dealing with shotty company!
