I had a great experience with Midas at this location. Today, after finishing up at a nearby restaurant, my partner noticed the right rear tire was nearly flat. I decided to take it to Midas to get it checked out as I do not believe I could have driven far on the near flat tire. The service by everyone in the shop and reception was fantastic. Everyone was cheerful and my vehicle was inspected right away at 2:30 pm. The technician indicated the tire does need full replacement and the reception ladies (Sandy and ) were on it right away, calling local suppliers to get me a new tire for replacement. While they were doing this, they offered me the courtesy vehicle for use as I did not live too far away. They were able to get the supplier to deliver the tire the same afternoon and install. I got a call at 4:30 that my car was ready to go. This was exceptional service and efficiency. I would highly recommend this team for anyone needing work on their vehicle that is within Midas scope. I would definitely take my vehicle to this location for future maintenance needs.

Nice people, communicated issues with the vehicle. They’re extremely pricey and charge around 3 times the price for parts. If you don’t know anything about vehicles you’d have no idea. Make sure you thoroughly ask what they’re charging for each service and why.
I love the people here - seriously awesome staff. Unfortunately, I have been driving a lemon for the past few years so they have seen a lot of me - but every time I come in, they treat me really well. As somebody who does not know much about vehicles, they treat me with respect, help me understand what's going on with my vehicle, and don't take advantage of me. Sandy is a hoot; I always enjoy chatting with her, and Brian is a super kind and honest guy. They have taken appointments for me last minute on multiple occasions. Thanks for all your hard work over the years!
I was in a bit of a bind and a hurry with a broken wheel stud. I never expected to get service on-demand but the service advisor and technician both got on it quick for me so I could get back on the highway. Couldn't have asked for a better situation and I consider myself lucky that this is the shop I broke down near!
