I had a hard time locating a particular bike component that was out of stock in the States, and that won't be available until later this summer. Rich was great to work with, he followed up with me several times, and I was able to purchase a few of the components not just for me, but also for my mates who were looking for the same item. Shipping was quick and reasonable. Great shop!

I really wanna take the time to give a shout out to Rich! I have been looking all over the internet and local bike stores for a particular component. I found this component at Sovereign Cycles, but unfortunately where I am somewhat restricted me from shipping. The bottom line is rich did what it took and spent time to work out a plan so that I could get the component from them. He went above and beyond, and has made a customer for life out of me from 3000 miles away! I give them 5 stars, and my deepest gratitude. If you're looking for a stand up bike shop, look no further!
The guys here take pride in their craft, they all ride hard and know how to maintain bikes being pushed to there limits and everything else. They take the time to detail what's going on with my bike, things they notice outside of the scope of work and do all round great work. Thank you for your continued effort to keep me riding and my ride plush.
