SHIPPER BEWARE! - Unresponsive, unreliable. Their reputation precedes them. Unless you want to lose business and customers who will never return, avoid doing business with this company. Phones go unanswered during working hours. Scheduling is poor. Little to know human contact is available. It just gets worse from there.

Had stove delivered on a Saturday. Time fram was 9:30 to 1:30 . Drivers called at 12 :30 said they would be there at 1:00. Alex & Derek were very pleasant and did a great job of getting stove into house.
This is the worst company that I have ever dealt with. Period. They were supposed to deliver and install a dishwasher that we had purchased though Home Depot. The first time they showed, the dishwasher was damaged so that had to go back. Two weeks later, they made a second attempt and this time, they didn't have the necessary parts for the installation. The third try, another 2 weeks later, they had the same issue. Multiple calls to these people have not produced any results. We're still waiting. It's been over a month now. It's hard to believe a company like this can stay in business. They are completely incompetent.
We have been waiting for weeks to receive our dryer we ordered and the date of delivery keeps changing. Yesterday December 14 we called yet again in the morning to be sure our delivery was going to happen we were assured the order was on the truck and to be delivered. After staying home all day because we were given a time 8-5:30 for delivery we called again in the afternoon to follow up. We were told they would be here shorty. 5:30 rolls around no dryer delivered and no phone call. We called this morning 12-15 to see what the problem was this time and were told they can’t find the dryer. I would not trust this company to deliver garbage to a landfill, they are not qualified. I would not recommend Atlantic Transport to anyone and will be reporting them to the better business bureau.
I had bought a range hood from GE a while back...it was dented and not working; GE said they would send another one via Atlantic Transport, which GE added would do the installation and removal of the old one. I called Atlantic Transport last week to confirm they could actually do the install and was told yes. I then got a call yesterday saying they would be here between 1 and 5 p.m...my wife stayed home for the day. So what happens? At 4:50 p.m. the driver calls up saying he has a delivery. I say it's supposed to be an install as well; he says they don't do that. I am angry at this point and tell him to take it back...five minutes later I get a call from his office, which says I was \misled\ about the installation. Yes, I was...perhaps they shouldn't have told me they could do the install when I asked a week ago? I wouldn't use Atlantic Transport to ship a roll of used toilet paper. Edit: today they showed up at 7:30 a.m. saying they had brought the hood back per GE, which told me after a couple back and forths they would foot the bill for the install by someone else... When the driver opened the truck to check, however, he learned the hood never was loaded on the truck by Atlantic Transport, and they have no idea when it's coming. They have set the incompetence bar at a new low.
