Great service. Very helpful. This is a small store with very few employees, so expect a wait if there are other customers, but when they are able to help they give 110%.
Went here to activate a new phone and deactivate an old one. Guy told me I couldn't reuse my sim card and had to pay 5 for a new sim card. This isn't an actual AT&T hub, go to a real AT&T store, I didn't get charged for swap my SIM and reused the old one on the new phone.
This is not an AT&T store. It's an AT&T authorized retailer. Couldn't help with my billing problem. Associate was unapologetic and eager to brush me off.
