Recently, while transferring to a new upgraded computer, our email was lost. We talked to several people, including the carrier, and were unsuccessful in retrieving the mail. Mail that contained precious memories and photos of someone we recently lost. Seth was very professional and worked quickly to restore the precious email. Seth's skill, caring, and understanding was a great comfort to us. I highly recommend Seth for all your computer needs.

My computer suddenly malfunctioned while I was vacationing/working remotely in Maine, and I was worried that I wouldn't be able to get quick and capable help. I saw the great reviews here for Brady's Computers, and was able to reach Seth right away, even though it was about 6 p.m. on a Friday. He looked at my computer first thing on Monday and quickly diagnosed and solved the problem, all for a VERY reasonable price. Highly recommend!!!

My mistake of not asking about cost upfront. 125 for 15 min. to load data from a hard drive to my new laptop was a big surprise. I paid another support group (out west) 50 for diagnosing & saving all my data to a hard drive which totaled 2 hrs so I was expecting something along those line. I recommend asking Seth about cost upfront to avoid surprises!

Seth helped me twice, when my ITunes was hopelessly mangled and when my car pulled keys off the keyboard (and Staples said we can’t fix it you have to buy a new computer). Fast, efficient, cost effective service. Highly recommended.
