H&M has a great variety for young and the not so young lol The staff was welcoming and helpful. Would have given 4 stars but their fitting rooms were still not open.

How rude and disgusting can a women be the old one that she worked at the cashier this evening . Even if shes the manager she should be more polite if people have a question. Your job is dealing with costumers and it seams she hated every person she had contact with so mine as well do a favor and leave the spot for someone in need who would appreciate it. And thank god there is this guy Alex who works there and took over and he was excellent.

Whenever I go shopping with my husband he gets frustrated that most h&m stores have really small men's sections. But not this one!! It's really big, so we both leave happy :)

This store is great fashion at a great price. I would love if they carry big boys clothing and men shoes though. Other than that the store is always clean, organized and the staff is always willing to help.

Didn't buy anything. But had a lady try to be cute to my daughter than immediately walked away when she saw her Patriot's Beanie. Saying oh never mind you're a Patriot's Fan. She's a kid. Haters going hate.

Horrible customer service. I went in last week and wanted to buy a coat it was on the clearance rack with no markdown sticker (just the original price it had) so I go to check out and his lady that was actually really nice tried to helped me with the issue after waiting 15 minutes they couldn’t find the price. So I said can I put this on hold and you can call me if you call another store and find out the price? She said yes, so the nice lady put it on hold for me and said she would call me back she said this coat was an old item, I call about a few days later to check and explained my situation who I think was the manager and she just said yeah we out that back on the rack the next day with NO explanation at all like they didn’t call to get a price on this, that is lousy customer service, I’m sorry but that’s your job!! I worked in retail and whatever the customer wanted we did. What is it to call another store with the item number and say how much is this!! And then you put it back out without a real price. I’m guessing they will sell it for 70.00 and that manager lady will pocket the money. I will never set foot in the Westbrook store again. Horrible!!!

My girlfriend and I were here at 7:40 pm on 6/4/2018. We tried to buy about 150 worth of clothes but were unable to check out. A black girl with braids was at the register looked at us and proceeded to walk away. We waited five minutes then left and went to another store. Will not be returning to H and M ever again. Absolutely terrible customer service.
